When you select the Help option in the user drop-down menu, you will be redirected to the English homepage of Haiilo's Support Center in a new tab by default. The URL for this page is https://support.haiilo.com/hc/en-us. However, Admins can modify the link users are directed to when selecting the Help option. You need "Manage system settings" permission to change the link.
- Go to Administration > System settings > General settings
- In the Help link field, enter a URL starting with
https:// - Select Save to apply your changes
The Help link is accessible to all users on your platform and cannot be removed or customized for specific user groups.
