The User profile widget dynamically displays a selected user of the platform and their personal information. The widget is frequently used to offer a contact person for a specific topic or to provide an overview of a particular team.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

  • User: Select a user to be displayed in the widget.
  • Show contact information: Select if only the job title or the email address, phone number, and department of the displayed person should be displayed.

The widget can only display the email, phone, department, and job title profile fields. If you use the API to change or replace these fields, they will no longer be able to be displayed in the widget.
