Depending on its configuration, the Upcoming events widget dynamically displays a number of the latest or defined events. It's common to install the widget on the homepage so it shows upcoming events personalized for the user.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Display event: Select whether the widget displays all events a user can access, only events a user is subscribed to, or the events of a selected page or community.
• Number of displayed events: Select how many events are displayed at a time. Once the defined number of events is reached, new events replace the oldest events in the list.
• Display ongoing events: Select whether only upcoming or also ongoing events should be displayed.
