There can be several reasons for this:
1. Spam filter
It's possible that the email notifications are being filtered into your spam folder.
- Haiilo Cloud: Add the sender address to your address book:
- Custom email: Ask your department from which email address the emails are sent, and add it to your address book.
2. Error in your email address
Double-check whether your email address is correct from the user profile drop-down menu > Account settings. If there is an error in the address, contact your administrators for assistance. Changes to users' email addresses should be made in the user directory.
3. Frequency of notifications
If the notification frequency for emails is set to Every day, please note that Haiilo checks the open notifications once at 12:00 CET. If there are no notifications until 13:00 CET, no email will be generated that day. The same applies if all notifications have been read before 12:00 CET.
If you want the check performed more often, you can adjust the notification interval.
