The most common configuration errors are:
- Push notifications aren't enabled in the Administration: Go to Administration > System settings > Notifications and check Activate push-notifications.
- Push notifications aren't enabled in the user's settings: Users can enable push notifications on the platform from the user profile drop-down menu > Notifications by checking Push. In the mobile app, the push notifications can also be configured from the three dashes in the navigation bar > Settings > Push notifications.
- The device is missing: For push notifications to work, the mobile device must be registered. Normally, this happens during the initial setup of the app. If the device registration isn't finalized, it's sufficient for users to log out of the app and log back in again.
- Registered devices for a user account can be found from the user profile drop-down menu > Account settings > Devices.
