Users can access and reply to events directly in the Haiilo mobile app. To access events, users must have the "Access events" permission.

To navigate to the events list within the Haiilo mobile app, click on the three dashes in the navigation followed by the "Events" button. You can also access an event shared as a timeline post or anywhere else in the app and from deep links outside the app.

In the events list, you will see a list of present and future events available for you at your company, and you can reply to an event invitation, both from the event page and the event list.

The location field in events supports links and deep links to other apps installed on your mobile, such as Zoom or Teams.

Currently, there are some specific guidelines to keep in mind for events on mobile:

• the list shows present and future events, but not past events (past events of the current day are still displayed)
• filtering or searching the event list isn't possible
• events cannot be edited on mobile
• you can see the number of attending participants, but not the full list of participants
