When you save the edits to the privacy policy, there are two 'Save' buttons to choose from:
- If you only want to save the changes so that new users have to approve to your company's privacy policy, choose the 'Save'-button
- If you want to save so that new users but also all your existing users have to reapprove all terms of service and privacy policies the next time they log in, choose the 'Save and request reapproval'-button.
