Advocacy: Profile picture

The Employee Advocacy platform articles are relocating! Please visit the new Employee Advocacy platform knowledge base to continue reading these articles in the future.

A user's Haiilo profile picture is fetched directly from the user's connected social media accounts. This means a user's profile picture on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), or Facebook account will be displayed as their profile picture in Haiilo.

Haiilo retrieves your profile picture from LinkedIn. If you haven't linked your LinkedIn account to Haiilo, your picture will be fetched from Twitter. If you haven't linked your Twitter account either, your picture will be fetched from Facebook. If you have connected your LinkedIn account to Haiilo, your profile picture will be fetched from LinkedIn rather than from your other connected social media accounts. If you have no social accounts connected, no picture is displayed in Haiilo.

A user can manually upload a profile picture directly to Haiilo to replace the one from their social media accounts. The profile picture can be changed in the user's profile by clicking the profile icon.

Once a profile picture has been fetched or uploaded to Haiilo, you cannot remove it. You can only change the picture by manually uploading another one in its place.
