Advocacy: User Queue

If you have filled all the seats in your company Haiilo domain, any new users who are invited to join your domain or who register for an account themselves (if applicable) will be put in the Queue. As an admin, you can see your Queue under the Users-tab in Haiilo. If you do not see the Queue option, it means you have no users in the queue.

Under the Queue option, you can see a list of all the people who are waiting for a seat to become available so that they can create their Haiilo account.

People in the queue will be prompted to users of Haiilo when a seat becomes available in the order in the list. The order is based on when the invite was sent or the self-registration was made, but as an admin, you are able to reorganize the list of users to prioritize who should get a seat first. Simply drag and drop from the left sidebars of the user row to move the row up or down. 

In case your company Haiilo domain has run out of seats and you cannot free up seats by deleting other users, please contact your Account Manager from Haiilo to acquire more seats.

When a person receives an invite or registers for an account when there are no free seats available, they will receive a notification that they are in the queue.

When a seat becomes available and they are prompted to a user, the person will receive an email telling them that they can now create a Haiilo account.

After creating their account the user will be able to access and use Haiilo as a regular user.
