To connect a LinkedIn page to Haiilo, navigate to the Importing Content tab under the Settings tab in the menu bar. Under the heading LinkedIn, click Connect page.
This will take you to LinkedIn where you have to enter your LinkedIn credentials to authorize Haiilo to access a LinkedIn page that you manage.
You must be the company page admin of the LinkedIn page you want to connect.
After logging in, Haiilo will prompt you to enter the URL to the LinkedIn page you want to connect.
When the page is connected, you can select the channel(s) where the content should be posted and if you want the content to be published automatically. You will also be able to see that you connected the feed and when the authorization token will expire. This refers to when the feed will have to be reconnected in order to continue importing content as the authorization that you did earlier will expire due to LinkedIn's security measures. This number is only ballpark and the feed can sometimes need to be reconnected earlier.
Hit Save after choosing your channels and your feed is connected. Content will start importing within 30 minutes.
Haiilo will only import the links embedded in your social media posts, rather than the posts themselves.
Should you run into an error when connecting the page, such as the one below, this means that you do not have admin access to the LinkedIn page that you are trying to connect.
