Use the Title content type to create title(s) for your email newsletter. You are able to:

  • edit the font style, size, color, link color, alignment, line height, and spacing of your titles.

  • add merge tags to your titles, for example first name, last name and email, to personalize the email for your recipients.

  • add padding around your title on all sides to determine how close or far it is from the next content in the email.

  • and decide whether a title is hidden from the email when a recipient views it on mobile or desktop.

You can format the look of the icons by choosing between multiple options in Haiilo. You can decide where they lead to by adding URLs to each social network. Also, as with most content types, you can also:

  • change the alignment and spacing of your social icons

  • add padding around your divider on all sides to determine how close or far it is from the next content in the email.

Haiilo Post

Use the Haiilo Post content type to add posts from your company Haiilo domain to your email newsletter. Click on 'Post' to open the post list from where you can choose a post you want to add.

The posts you can see in the list corresponds to what you can see on your Haiilo feed. The list is sorted chronologically by Published date and will show the title, part of the description, image and post author.

You can search for posts on your Published feed by keywords, and any post where that word is found in the title or body of a post or the post author's name will appear in the Search results. You can only search with letters that are a part of the English alphabet. Haiilo cannot identify special characters such as ä, ø, or ß.

After adding a post to the newsletter, you can decide whether it will be hidden from the email when a recipient views it on mobile or desktop
