If you have a user account with Haiilo, you can log in in different ways depending on your company domain's settings.
We will walk you through the process of logging in with each of these options, so please refer to the ones that your company domain uses in order to access your account. Some Haiilo domains allow logging in in multiple ways.
Log in with Single Sign-On
If your company has enabled Single Sign-On for Haiilo, you will be able to log in to Haiilo using your company credentials. If the login screen only has one button saying 'Login with Single Sign On', this tells you that you can log in with your company credentials.
Click on the button to be taken to your company's login page where you can enter the credentials that you use to access your company's resources and assets. After logging in with your credentials, you will be redirected back to your Haiilo account.
Log in with Haiilo credentials
When accessing your company Haiilo domain, if the login screen looks as shown below, you are able to log in with the email address you used when you set up your account and the password for Haiilo that you created during setup.
To make sure that you are trying to log into the correct domain, check that your company's name is written next to the title "Log into ...". In the example above, we are trying to login to the Support domain. If your company name is not written there, you are most likely trying to access the wrong Haiilo domain.
If you have forgotten the password for your account, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot your password'-button. For more help related to resetting your password, read here.
Log in with a social network account
You can only log in with a social network account if it has already been connected to your Haiilo account from the Settings within Haiilo.
If your company allows logging in with social network accounts, you might see all or any of the following networks: LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or Facebook.
To log in with your social network account, click on the corresponding button and enter your social network email and password. If you get an error, request a login link to be sent to your email address. Use the email address associated with your Haiilo account, and if you don't receive a login link, you may not have a Haiilo account. You cannot create an account via social media, so if you don't have a Haiilo account yet, you cannot access this way.
Once you've logged in, you can reconnect your social network account in your Settings.
