Advocacy: Users menu

As a Company or Group Admin in Haiilo, you have access to the Users menu, where you can see the information of your users and take actions related to them. This article will explain the information you can find in the Users tab.

For information on the other sub-tabs, see the corresponding articles: Invite people to Haiilo, Teams, and User Queue.

What information can I see for a user?

This is the main tab where you can see all the users in your domain or group in a list. You are able to see a user's:

  • First and last name - based on your company domain's provisioning setup, a user's names are either set by the user when they log in for the first time, or mapped via SAML or SCIM.

  • Email address - the email the user uses to access Haiilo. The email is always unique and is the main identifier for an account in Haiilo.

  • Group - based on your company domain's provisioning setup, a user's group is either selected by the admin that invites them, by the user themselves when they join or by SCIM.

  • Role - in the Users list, the role is only visible if the user is a Company or Group Admin. To view a user's role if they are not a Company or Group Admin, open the edit user view.

  • Points - the total amount of points the user has acquired in Haiilo.

  • Teams - the teams the user belongs to.

  • Last active time - the last time the user completed an activity with Haiilo. Activities that effect this time are: when a user is active and clicking around inside Haiilo, when a user last logged in to Haiilo, or when a user last opened an email sent from Haiilo.

  • Action

    • Shared / Not shared - shows you users that have shared at least one post to social media during the time they have been a user, or users that have never shared to social media during the time they have been a user

    • Connected social account / Not connected social account - shows you users that have at least one social account connected to their Haiilo profile, or users that don't have a social account connected to their Haiilo profile
